Exhibitor Info: Unloading, Grooming and Crating, etc.

  • Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian's recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.” Please carry proof of vaccinations with you.

  • FAILURE TO FOLLOW JAN'S INSTRUCTIONS ON GROOMING SPACE SETUP MAY CONSTITUTE AN EVENT COMMITTEE HEARING.

  • Exhibitors move into Jacob's Building at 8:00 A.M. Friday

  • EXHIBITORS when unloading please leave flashers on. There will be no long term parking in front of the grooming building. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. 

  • Crating space will be provided on a first come, first served basis.  Designated grooming space for Collies, Tervurens, Bulldogs, and Manchester Terriers  only.

  • Soft-sided crates are allowed in the OBEDIENCE CRATING AREA ONLY and must be attended at all times.  All other areas require hard sided crates / stacked.  

  • No saving of grooming space.   Name & local contact required on all crates. 

  • No private ex-pens in grooming and show areas.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for clean conditions in and around their setups. This will be checked daily.

  • Ringside crating available in designated areas - 15 minutes before breed judging - to be removed immediately after breed judging. Please be gracious to the next breed being judged and remove crates and ringside tables as soon as possible. No crates left ringside after judging.

  • Absolutely no golf carts, scooters or skate boards around concessions & vendors. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.  Designated parking spaces for Golf Carts must be observed.

  • It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children.  Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made.    Failure to cleanup after your dog may subject you to an EVENT COMMITTEE Hearing. 

  • Jacobs Building upstairs will open at 6:00 A.M. each day of events. Entire building opens at 7:00 A.M., closing 11:00 P.M. daily.  No dogs may be left in Jacob's Building overnight.

  • No smoking in any event area: Barns, building, bathrooms, etc.    No flexi leads in buildings.   No strollers in buildings.

  • No food item may be sold or cooked in any of the buildings, no tables set up for any luncheons, during event hours.

  • We will make every effort to provide a safe & secure grooming area; however, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to any personal property or animals left unattended on show grounds.

  • DOG WASH STATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR EXHIBITORS USE PROVIDED BY PURE PAWS.

  • NO PUPPIES UNDER THE AGE OF SIX (6) MONTHS, EXCEPT THOSE PARTICIPATING IN THE 4-6 MONTH PUPPY COMPETITION, MAY BE ON THE GROUNDS.
